4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All transactions on the suhu5000 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers to BCA, BNI, BRI, and Mandiri accounts, as well as digital wallets supported by the platform. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary depending on the chosen method and the policies in effect at the time of the transaction.
To withdraw funds, a user's account must have completed the identity verification process. The name on the destination bank account must match the details registered on the account. Withdrawal processing times vary — digital wallets are generally faster than bank transfers, but the actual time depends on verification status and system conditions at the time of the request.
suhu5000 does not cover transfer fees charged by third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the account details they enter are correct and valid. Transactions that fail due to incorrect information provided by the user cannot be automatically reversed and require a manual review process.
All transaction activity is recorded and can be reviewed through your account history. If there is a discrepancy or suspected transaction error, users must contact the support team within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
